Energy Filter for KLA 8XXX series CDSEM with XP column and variants (not for tools with MCP detector).
Replacement for KLA part number 720-12647-000
New design of energy filter mesh to reduce contamination and potential for arcing in and around the energy filter. New etched component provides more uniform surface, and is totally free of the previously used conductive paint used to adhere the energy filter meshes to the support structure in the past.
This upgrade should result in:
- Less potential to arc from energy filter to scintillator.
- Less potential to arc from energy filter to ground mesh.
- Stronger and more stable mesh structure.
- Longer life that previous version.
- Competitive price.
